How Pure Titanium Drinkware is Made: Behind the Scenes

Take a journey through our manufacturing process—from raw titanium to the finished thermos.

Introduction

Pure titanium drinkware is not mass-produced like plastic bottles. Every GIFT piece passes through dozens of controlled steps before reaching your customers.

Based in Yongkang, Zhejiang—the global drinkware capital—we combine Ti>99.8% materials with OEM discipline built over years of export manufacturing.

Step 1: Material Selection

We verify purity, thickness, and surface quality on every incoming titanium batch. Only certified stock enters the line.

Step 2: Forming & Machining

Deep drawing, spinning, and CNC operations shape bodies and threads. Tooling is tuned to prevent cracking while keeping walls uniform.

Step 3: Welding & Vacuum Assembly

Double-wall thermos models use precision TIG welding, then vacuum evacuation for 12+ hour heat retention. Failed vacuum tests are rejected.

Step 4: Finishing & QC

Ice-crystal silver, amber gold, and jade accents are applied via polishing, anodizing, or PVD. QC covers leak tests, dimensions, and batch traceability.

Step 5: Premium Packaging

Retail gift boxes and accessory kits ship standard; custom OEM packaging is available for qualified orders.
